Accessibility statement
We want WindsBI to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in English and French.
What we've done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, screen reader or switch device.
- Text and controls have strong colour contrast, and there's a high-contrast mode.
- Event pages list supports in the same order every time, grouped by need.
- Forms explain what's needed and say clearly what went wrong.
- The whole site is available in English and Canadian French.
- You can make text bigger, turn off animation, and see plain-language summaries in Display settings.
Known limits
- Maps are an extra: every location is also written as text.
- Photos uploaded by organizers may not always have detailed descriptions.
- Event descriptions are written by organizers and may only be in one language.
